Day 01: Haridwar – Barkot (Drive - 215 Kms/06 hrs approx)
Start drive from Haridwar to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie. On arrival check into a hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Barkot – Jankichatti (Drive - 45 Kms) & Jankichatti-Yamunotri-Jankichatti (Trek- 6 Kms one way) & Jankichatti – Barkot (Drive back – 45 Kms approx)
After early breakfast, drive towards Janki Chatti. On arrival, begin 6 Kms trek to Yamunotri. Once you reach, visit the main Yamunotri temple for Darshan; and seek the blessings of Goddess Yamuna Ji. After paying homage, trek back to Janki Chatti. From here, you will be driven back to hotel at Barkot. Dinner & overnight stay in the hotel. ‘’Yamunotri is sacred place as the origin place of The River Yamuna. One of four sacred pilgrims of Uttarakhand. It is located at north of Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand. The temple was built by Amar Singh Thapa, Gurkha general in 18th century. Later the temple was damaged & renovated by Maharani Guleria of Jaipur in the 19th century. The source of Yamuna River lies in the Yamunotri Glacier which is at a height of 6,387 metres (20,955 ft) near the Bandarpunch peaks.’’
Day 03: Barkot – Uttarkashi (Drive - 100 Kms/04 hrs approx)
After breakfast drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival check in at the hotel. At evening visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04: Uttarkashi – Gangotri (Drive - 100 Kms/04 hrs approx) Gangotri – Uttarkashi (Return drive- 100 Kms approx)
