At Stronghold, we don’t just teach martial arts – we also strive to instil values in our students that will help them in life. We offer classes in various disciplines from the basic to advanced levels. You can choose to engage in disciplines such as Jiu-jitsu, Wrestling and Muay Thai separately, or put it all together in our MMA classes. Although we offer MMA classes for all age groups, we also have a specially tailored Jiu Jitsu and MMA program for kids and teenagers. Taught by a former international school teacher turned pro-fighter and coach, our holistic kids/teens MMA program will enhance your child’s ability to defend himself/herself while instilling our five core values: respect, discipline, self-confidence, determination and consistency. We also cater to working professionals who just want a safe and professional and positive environment to de-stress and keep fit.
