In January 2008, SkyWaltz received official authorization from the Ministry of Civil Aviation to conduct Hot Air Balloon activities across India. For a period of over two years prior to this, Sky Waltz’s Directors, in consultation with international Ballooning consultants, worked tirelessly with the Ministry of Civil Aviation to establish internationally recognized regulations and guidelines for the establishment of commercial Hot Air Ballooning in India. The Sky Waltz team consists of highly experienced, internationally licensed pilots from Europe, the USA, Australia, Canada, India, and the UK, along with the professionally trained operational and technical staff. Globally recognized standards of safety along with international operating procedures have been implemented from the outset.
