Used AHA Taxi for first time. Booked a car from Delhi to Karnal(Haryana) on 14 July, 2016. Ride was not a big problem with some issue with ac. The main problem was an OBSCENE AMOUNT OF OVERCHARGING the driver did of rupees 1000 as I did a total of 3030 rupees of payment to him in the name of state tax. overcharging=500-first time discount, 250-state tax(which they told is never charged) and 250-night charge. Doubting overcharging contacted AHA Taxi and they confirmed that there system just showed 1999 rupees of payment! These guys r very slow and engaged me for a whole month. After 23 DAYS they refunded an amount 750! Now they didn't refunded night charges, so accordingly again informed. They confirmed but again delayed for many days. i was totally frustrated now. At d end they talked rudely and said-we are not going to refund as i gave driver out of my own choice! and hell with our policy. Got to know that the rude person was its CEO Amit Grover
