Founded on the principles of Problem Based Learning which incorporates projects, inquiry, and experiential learning in a multi-disciplinary approach, Vega strives to discover the star within each child. Learners are guided through a cycle of inquiry to determine what they choose as their project, which is around complex issues with no one correct answer. All subject areas (scholastic and co-scholastic) are incorporated into their learning as they research solutions.

Our bespoke campus is designed to meet our pedagogical needs, with open classrooms and flexible learning spaces. Learning Leaders (teachers) receive intensive, ongoing training in both Problem Based Learning and current best practices in education. 

Vega has both outdoor and indoor sports facilities. Vega School has a farm-to-table café where food is fresh, healthy, and hygienically prepared.  Prepared by expert chefs, the menu is designed by trained nutritionists as per health recommendations based on a balanced meal for the children’s age and BMI. GPS-enabled real-time transport tracking (accessible to parents) and CCTV coverage (in and around the school but not in learning spaces) ensure the safety of the children.
