  It doesn't show (-) otherwise I should rate this (-) for the below reason: Dear friends, I want to share one incident happened with my younger sister few days ago. She had joined aerobics and yoga classes at Kayakalp Fitness Centre situated at Mianwali Colony, Gurgaon. All was so fine after joining she was so happy but one day she had experienced a horrible incident. On Thursday i.e. 26/05/2016 when her class ended as usual after that her yoga teacher named Miss Reema Chabra had decided to play a game with everyone that one by one member will come and do the individual dance in front of everyone as my sister feel shy to dance on stage and also doesn’t know how to dance properly so she said no to her. She grabs her hand and stands her in the centre. My sister requested her several times that she doesn’t know how to dance and let her to go home but she was not listening to her and forced her again n again to do the dance and said if she doesn’t dance then she will not come to class the other day. After few arguments, teacher get frustrated and shouted at her and said “kahan se ayi hai…”, “kal se mat ana yahan…” etc. She insulted her and everyone sitting there laughed at her. She feels so embrassed that she leaves that place immediately and didn’t go to that place till now. She is very shy person and respects her elder that is why she doesn’t say anything to her at that time. She told me about this whole incident yesterday and I was also shocked that how these centre treat their customers. We paid money to learn aerobics and yoga and not to get insulted. How can they force someone to do something which an individual don’t want to do? How can they demoralize their customer? And also one most important thing they will not refund the money which she had deposited for the whole month. They apply this trick first add their customer and then insult them and if they will not react or can’t say anything then take their money by saying not to come tomorrow. She is still afraid to face them again so how can she go there again and faced such issue. Also she had deposited her money Rs.1000/- till 16.06.2016 and now due to this her money will get wasted. Money doesn’t matter a lot but the way they behave with her irritate me so much. Please avoid joining these classes as they treat their customer as a joke and demoralize them.
