  On Saturday (Aug 1, 2015), my wife visited your clinic in sector 14, Gurgaon. She is suffering from some problem related to her teethes. She reached at around 8 to 8.15 in evening and asked to one of your junior for the treatment. My wife asked what are your charges for light cure treatment. Your junior just took her to the room and started looking into the teethes. My wife asked I am not asking to do all this just want to know the timings of the doctor and fees for the treatment. but your junior doesn't want to listen any thing. After 5 minutes she asked to do X-ray. My wife clearly refuses but your junior is not ready to listen any thing. She just bought machine and did X-Ray without permission. After 10-15 minutes my wife felt angry and when she is coming out of your hospital, your junior demanded for Rs. 500 (400 for consultant + 100 for X-Ray). On refusing to give money your junior started talking very rudely and asked to give Rs. 500. My mother-in-law was with my wife in order to make decorum of your hospital they paid Rs. 500 and left. Your junior didn't provide any receipt at all. My question is to you Dr. 1. You guys charge fees after consultation or before. Because I have never seen any case in any hospital where the doctor first provide his/her consultation and then ask for the payment. In this case you have Rs. 400. 2. Not sure whether you got this money or your junior put this money in her pocket. If you have not received this money from your junior, I am sure you will refund my money and if you have received this money, did you guys train them to cheat the patients like this?
