  I've been going to bookshops for 15 years around NCR, but this is the first time I came across such an uncouth staff. If we visit bookshops, it's to browse and then buy. That's how they r different from shopping portals. The lady staff spoke rudely when my brother was browsing through the pages of a book. In the past, I bought books from here, but now have made the point that I will never and dissuade others too.
