  I got my test done on Friday 12/2/2016 it's 17/2/2016, I have not got hard copies of reports and only after I checked post test with lab for my I.d. Password to log in to check my reports I was provided that. Lab has put in no efforts to support me on their own . Since Friday I'm continuously calling but there has been no positive response except we will find out from courier team why ihard copies have not reached you??? Are we joking here .?? The lab is not approved by NABL, only there machinery is as per standards guidelines... So why wasn't this informed in the beginning. Then I spoke to the owner Mr. Bhardwaj who again committed to respond back and till now I'm waiting for hard copies of my report which they claim that they send in 24 hours ../ however I'm still waiting either fit reports or for complete refund !!!
