"Sivananda Yogalife was founded in 2010 in New Delhi by the Director Smita Agrawal, in order to support and foster a sense of mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community. We offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental well-being, we provide a healing and friendly environment to do so. Smita is a postgraduate in mathematics. She worked as a lecturer in mathematics for more than 10 years before she started teaching yoga. She did the International Yoga Teachers Training Course at the Sivananda Ashram, Neyyar Dam, India. She gives her best to bring the benefits of yoga to the students in the shortest time."
