    My son was enrolled for keyboard classes for a package of 90 classes and no time period was specified. My son could not take classes in the la last couple of months as my sister was diagnosed with cancer. I updated them for the same and requested them to cover the 40 classes he has missed but it was told you have to renew your package. My concern is there was no enquiry from Tansen Academy charmwood branch as to why my son failed to report for the classes.At a payment of 6000 RS he has just learnt half Happy birthday song and some basic. It is not expected from institute of such a high reputation to cheat their customers. We expect you to enquire and do the needful
