A big 0 out of 5. Let me share my honest review with you guys. I was told that your I/O controller chip has been changed but they never really changed that. Instead, button cell was changed. I checked later at home with the photograph I took before service. They charged me ₹2500 for a ₹100-₹200 button cell. Worst ever service, if you love your laptop, please never get your latop repaired from this shop. They are fraud people, they will tell you this and this part has been changed, but they never really change anything. All members of staff are trained to tell lies. They will try to act friendly. They have ruined the motherboard of laptop, out of all the screws, I now see only 5-6!
