  I have ordered some book on 13 Jan and paid online they make promise that we'll send book through courier next day. But the didn't they send books some trackon courier on 18th Jan and whenever i asked about providing me tracking no. they say we don't have right now. and they say that your Zip code is not under courier service. Now i don't understand how it's possible courier service didn't inform them about zip code.Now when i call them the say we send. they already charged me courier and still i didn't received my books. Very bad service lie all the time don't order books

  Don't expect fast delivery. They don't tell the buyer properly when they should expect delivery. It becomes very frustrating trying to chase them. Till 10 days I waited for a proper reply. To begin with they said we will send....then they say we have sent all orders.....we will tell u the tracking id....then suddenly they said we have not sent yet... Finally I picked up my order myself. They refunded me the money they took for courier. They said they had lots of orders. It would take them atleast 1 month to send you your order I would say....

  I have ordered dnb notes on 9th april 2017 and do not delivered yet. When I call him he says your order was dispatched and when I am says that give me tracking id then he says do not have right now ...and give me a no of courier man and tell me that you ask for your courier to this person....kash ki minus me ratings hoti to mai vo hi krti ise.. abhi tk mera courier mujhe ni mila hai aur na hi tracking id pta ni ayega bhi ya ni..😢

  Whatever books you may sell at whatever price..learn to respect people first. I'm not asking too much I guess. You "sell" books..And not "donate" books. Know the difference. The owner(both male and female) are beyond rude. They won't take the book back even if there's a print error..as if it's my fault. They'll not receive your call..They'll disconnect while you're pleading them to please return the book. They only care about money. You send them money and that's it..the delivery is not done unless you call and bug them. They charge a hefty amount to deliver both in and outside Delhi. Dams n Bhatia k notes bech kr khud ko sher mt samjho. There will come a time when you've competition even at that front and people will realise the necessity of attending classes. Guys don't trust their notes if you don't have a sample to compare and make sure it's recent. You just can't trust these people. The worst dukandaar you'll ever come across. DO NOT ORDER OUTSIDE GAUTAM NAGAR. A BUNCH OF CHEATERS.

  Very bad service .I had ordered notes from them and paid Rs4500 and they said the notes will be deliverd within 5 days .It has been a month since I have ordered the notes .They don't receive the calls even Please do not buy anything from them

  I just called them to ask if they're open today . Some guy picked up the call and started yelling . If you guys really need some privacy then mention that you guys are not open on sundays . Such rude behavior from a bookstore owner is not acceptable . Before selling books , First learn how to communicate with a customer . Nobody would listen to your shit .

  Hopeless people..had paid 3300 rupees,fedex people say that they haven't picked up the parcel from them,and they are not ready to give me the pick up no.either..Their shameless lies in the fact that they mention there's nothing called a pick up no.I want my money back,..Please someone suggest how do I get my money back..Consumer Forum or who can help me?
