It's not an issue of chemistry that makes players ineffective, it's a boost. The ovr of their players would be affected if they played outside of their positions. And it would be an upgrade over what the Duos are doing. So maybe for like every player on the same team or university or country it would boosts some statistics, and perhaps having a team's entire starting five would earn badges. Imagine if I created an Sixers starting five and ran Simmons out of position at point. The remaining players would be at their usual positions. Simmons would get a significant penalty and may be upgraded some of his badges.
